Former Wisconsin judge fined $5,000 after federal conviction of obstructing ICE agents

Former Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan was spared prison time on Wednesday when she was sentenced to pay a $5,000 fine for purportedly obstructing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in the courthouse arrest of an undocumented immigrant.
