Carmel District police officers arrested 15 participants Thursday evening during a protest near Beit Hagefen in Haifa’s German Colony, during which PLO flags and signs were displayed.According to police, chants were heard during the protest that were suspected of potentially disrupting public order. There were also concerns that roads could be blocked and that road users could be placed at risk.
