250 educators from 20-plus countries attend KKL-JNF’s annual International Education Seminar in Israel

Approximately 250 Jewish educators, teachers, and school principals from over 20 countries attended Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund’s (KKL-JNF) annual International Education Seminar in Israel from July 7-14. Despite ongoing security challenges, participants from countries including the United States, Canada, Germany, and Brazil, demonstrated their commitment to Israel. KKL-JNF chairman Eyal Ostrinsky stated, "Strengthening the connection between Israel and the Diaspora is more important than ever."

• The seminar, organized by KKL-JNF's Education and Community Division, included educational tours, visits to ecological and historical sites, and meetings with Israeli military representatives and local government leaders involved in rebuilding kibbutzim affected by the October 7, 2023 attacks.
• Participants learned about Israel’s recovery efforts and exchanged best practices with fellow educators.
• The program provided practical tools for educators to implement Israel-focused educational programs and initiatives in their home schools and communities, aiming to strengthen students' connection to Israel.
