Aitan announces $41m. raise, along with a new identity and mission for sovereign robotic warfare

Aitan, formerly eyesAtop, announced a $41 million funding round co-led by Deep33 and Dell Technologies Capital, bringing its total capital to $54 million. This funding will scale its combat-proven technology to allied nations, support product development, and expand its global team. The company, founded by Udi Oster and Daniel Almog, has rebranded to reflect its transition from a multi-drone operating system provider to a full-spectrum autonomy and robotic warfare company, now offering "robotic sovereignty-as-a-service."

"We built Aitan because we had no choice. Our friends and family went to war, and we were determined to build what could bring them home," said Daniel Almog.

Aitan's platform unifies various drones into a single operational force, allowing one operator to command multiple systems simultaneously. The company's systems have logged over 500,000 combat hours with the IDF and Israeli national security agencies since 2023, and it recently secured a contract to develop the command-and-control platform for the IDF's next-generation Digital Bat attack drone fleet.
