Ben-Gvir unveils Otzma slate, welcomes Fleisher to Knesset run

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir announced Otzma Yehudit's candidate slate for the 26th Knesset, welcoming Yishai Fleisher, international spokesman for the Jewish community of Hebron, to the 12th spot. Ben-Gvir praised Fleisher as "a man of action, a man of advocacy, and an important voice for Israel around the world." Fleisher stated his decision to join Otzma Yehudit was based on the party's track record of implementing its promises, citing achievements such as increased gun licenses, the death penalty for terrorists, and improved prison conditions. The party's platform emphasizes expanding firearm permits, overhauling the prison system, and implementing the death penalty for terrorists. Fleisher also highlighted plans for voluntary emigration for Gazan Arabs and streamlining aliyah for Jews globally, particularly in response to rising antisemitism.
