Bennett calls on Netanyahu to declare Qatar an enemy state, highlight Hamas support at UNGA

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to declare Qatar an enemy state during his upcoming address to the United Nations General Assembly. In a post on X/Twitter on Wednesday, Bennett accused Qatar of supporting Hamas, funding the group, celebrating the October 7 attack, and hosting its leaders. He stated, "Qatar is an enemy - and it's time the world recognizes this and holds it accountable." Bennett announced his intention to send a "Qatar File," containing evidence of Qatar's alleged involvement in the7 massacre, to the UN Secretary-General and Security Council ambassadors. He urged Netanyahu to remove Qatar from any role in Gaza, arguing that the country "funds radical Islamist terror and actively works to destroy the State of Israel."
