Canada: Terror ban urged for anti-Israel group after attack

CIJA stated that the incident at an advanced manufacturing company highlights the need to protect critical industries and national security. They noted that the United Kingdom has already banned the broader Palestine Action movement and called on Ottawa to follow suit, citing Canadian officials who have praised the targeted firm as an innovator and job creator. CIJA posted on social media, "It's beyond time for the Canadian government to follow the lead of our allies and proceed with their listing." Palestine Action Canada appeared to claim responsibility for the incident on Instagram, stating they targeted Dishon Limited in Concord, Ontario, alleging the company supplied equipment for Israeli defense firm Elbit Systems.
