CENTCOM 'holding Iran accountable,' completes sixth night of strikes against military targets

US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Thursday night the completion of its sixth consecutive night of strikes against Iranian military targets. US forces, utilizing fighter jets, aerial drones, and warships, launched precision munitions hitting dozens of sites including coastal surveillance, air defense, military logistics, and maritime capabilities. CENTCOM stated these actions are "further degrading Iranian military capabilities and holding Iran accountable for recent attacks on commercial shipping." Iran's state news agency Mehr reported five bridges in southern Iran were hit, with three explosions heard in Chabahar. Earlier, Iran's Tasnim News Agency reported an American attack on Iranshahr airport and the Kehvarstan bridge, a key transportation route, with IRNA reporting seven fatalities from attacks on bridges in Bandar Khamir.
