CIA Director John Ratcliffe reportedly traveled to Moscow on Tuesday aboard a US military C-17 transport plane for meetings. This marks the first known visit by a US spy chief to the Russian capital since November 2021. Flight tracking data showed the C-17, tail number 07-7181, flying directly from Riga, Latvia, and landing in Moscow around 9:00 a.m. local time before departing later that day. A source indicated that Trump administration officials requested Ukraine pause strikes against Moscow from Monday through Wednesday. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated President Vladimir Putin did not plan to meet with Ratcliffe.
