Danon calls Mamdani a ‘clown,’ warns anti-Israel rhetoric is a dangerous game

Ambassador Danny Danon criticized New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's anti-Israel rhetoric and his baseless claims of arresting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during an appearance on Fox Business. Danon called Mamdani “a clown” for his attempts to gain attention, stating, “He cannot arrest anyone. He's a clown. He knows that. It is baseless." Danon warned that such rhetoric is a “dangerous game,” linking it to a recent antisemitic attack on the Upper West Side where two men were stabbed by a suspect shouting “Allahu Akbar.” Additionally, Danon agreed with host Larry Kudlow that the United Nations often does more harm than good, advocating for US-Israel cooperation to reform the organization.
