EL AL Airlines has launched a new signature menu on flights to Tel Aviv from JFK, Boston, and Newark, developed by Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit. The menu, available in all cabins, features authentic Israeli and Mediterranean flavors. Granit, known for his bold combinations and seasonal produce, is the co-founder of Machneyuda in Jerusalem and operates acclaimed restaurants in London and Paris, including the Michelin-starred Shabour. Lee Ben Hamo, head of Marcom & CX at EL AL, stated, "At EL AL, we are constantly raising the bar on the onboard experience to ensure we remain the airline of choice for travel to Israel." The menu includes options like za’atar and panko-crusted salmon, maple-lemon glazed spring chicken, and beef bourguignon, with variations for premium economy and economy class.
