Electronics company ESC BAZ presents border protection, defense technology to IDF officials

Electronics manufacturer ESC BAZ recently showcased new border protection and defense technologies to senior IDF officers and defense officials. These systems, developed based on lessons from October 7 and three years of fighting, aim to enhance Israel's security. Key innovations include:

• "Achiza Namuch" ("Low Grip"): Developed with the Defense Ministry's DDR&D, this system is already operational along Israel's borders. It uses AI and electro-optical radar to provide continuous, sharp surveillance, even at night, effectively "turning night into day."
• Guard Sense: This system combines SIGINT with wide-area surveillance to detect radiation-emitting devices and identify suspicious movements in challenging environments, countering the "disappearing enemy."
• Vehicle Integration: A new system, installed on Namer APCs and Merkava tanks, provides a 360-degree view and warns troops of approaching threats, including drones and terrorists, allowing soldiers to remain inside their vehicles.
• "Aviv-SR": Presented to senior IDF commanders, this system integrates advanced radar with long-range observation, capable of monitoring targets several kilometers away from fixed or mobile positions.
