Following the Bondi Beach attack: Australia will buy back weapons from civilians

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced today that the state of New South Wales will launch a program to purchase weapons from citizens.

The program is part of the national response to the Bondi Beach shooting attack last year in which 15 people were murdered at a Hanukkah event.
