The Board of Peace published a 15-point "Roadmap for Implementing U.S. President Donald Trump’s Comprehensive Peace Plan in Gaza" on Thursday. This roadmap, guided by Trump's plan and UN Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025), aims to end destruction, secure Israeli withdrawal, restore normal life, and enable Palestinian governance and development. Key points include:
- Israel must "fully complete, without delay, all remaining commitments... particularly the cessation of military operations."
- Hamas and other factions must cease military operations and hand over all civilian governance and security functions to the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG).
- Gaza will operate under the principle of "One Authority, One Law, One Weapon," with the NCAG solely responsible for security and weapons control.
- An International Stabilization Force (ISF) will deploy to separate Israeli forces from NCAG-controlled areas, monitor ceasefires, train Palestinian police, and secure humanitarian aid.
- Israeli forces will complete a phased withdrawal from the Gaza Strip according to an agreed timetable.
