Gov't tries to speed up US-Israel MoU talks as clock runs down on current Congress

This shift aligns with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's plan to increase Israel's domestic defense production and achieve greater military independence, following concerns about munitions supply during recent conflicts.
