IDF targets Hamas commanders in Gaza, Palestinian sources say nine killed in strikes

On Wednesday, the IDF conducted airstrikes in Gaza, targeting several Hamas commanders. In Nuseirat, two commanders were struck, one of whom participated in the October 7th attacks. Another Hamas commander was targeted in the Tuffah area. Palestinian sources reported that an airstrike on a police post in Gaza City killed nine Palestinians, and another strike in Nuseirat killed one, bringing the day's death toll to at least 10, including a 13-year-old girl. Additionally, the IDF confirmed killing four Hamas Nukhba terrorists in Al-Shati, including commanders Muhammad Hamdi Ahmad Al-Masri and Samed Samir Harb Abu Habal, who infiltrated Israel on October 7. The IDF also sealed two Hamas tunnels, over two kilometers combined, in the Gaza Strip, with troops operating in accordance with the ceasefire while addressing immediate threats.
