IDF to stand down standby security teams in Gaza border communities

The IDF has decided to stand down members of local standby security squads in Gaza border communities located 4 to 7 kilometers from the border with the Strip.

Under the decision, each community's chief security officer will remain on active reserve duty, while all other personnel called up under emergency reserve orders will be discharged shortly.
