Iran regime will fall through mix of operations, economic pressure, ex-Mossad chief Barnea says

Former Mossad chief David Barnea stated that the Iranian regime will fall through a combination of operations, economic pressure, and internal protests. Speaking at the Jerusalem Municipality, Barnea supported the Trump administration's severe sanctions on Iran, calling them "a correct and praiseworthy decision." However, he emphasized that sanctions alone are insufficient and will require an escalation of economic actions, policies, and operations against the regime. Barnea also highlighted that the world now recognizes Iran as a global threat, not just an Israeli problem, a realization solidified "Until Operation Roaring Lion, we felt that Iran was a problem for the State of Israel. Today, the whole world knows clearly that the Iranian saga is not solely our problem." He further asserted that Hezbollah and Hamas are significantly weaker than before October 7, 2023, enhancing Israel's military security.
