Israel adds four more medals at Jiu-Jitsu Worlds

Israel's junior and cadet Jiu-Jitsu team secured four additional medals in the No-Gi competition at the World Championships in Abu Dhabi, concluding the event with a total of 13 medals, including four gold, and finishing second in the overall medal standings. Guy Torres won the Under-18 world championship in the under-62 kg division, while Tamir Naim earned bronze in the same category. Shalev Snir took silver in the under-56 kg division, and Eden Gamliel was runner-up in the Under-18 under-69 kg division. Israeli Ambassador to the UAE, Yossi Shelley, supported the delegation throughout the competition. Erez Elroy, President of the Israel Jiu-Jitsu Association, stated, "We concluded the Cadet and Junior No-Gi World Championships with another day full of success for Team Israel."
