🗞️ In-depth summary

Israeli police foiled two alleged attack plots and arrested five individuals in connection with a kidnapping on Tuesday. A 16-year-old Palestinian from Nahaleen was arrested near the Gush Etzion settlement of Neve Daniel after reports of an attempted infiltration. Initially claiming to be seeking water, he later admitted planning to attack an IDF soldier with a kitchen knife and then commit suicide. Police also arrested a 34-year-old Palestinian from Bani Naim on Highway 60 for allegedly intending to attack civilians.

  • In Yavne, police arrested five residents for allegedly kidnapping a man, who was later found unharmed with his brother.
  • Authorities stated the Yavne incident appears to be a criminal matter.
