Israel stepping up campaign to hunt and kill every Oct. 7 terrorist, despite Gaza truce

Despite an ongoing US-brokered ceasefire, Israel has intensified its campaign to eliminate all terrorists involved in the October 7 massacre. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet's Nili unit are actively hunting down perpetrators, utilizing facial recognition and intelligence to locate them. Of an estimated 5,000 participants, over 2,700 have been confirmed killed, with another 300 captured. This effort, likened to the response after the 1972 Munich Olympics, aims to hold every individual accountable. As former Mossad chief David Barnea stated, "Let every Arab mother know that if her son took part in the [October 7] massacre — he signed his own death warrant."
