Israeli guard Yam Madar signs three-year deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv after leaving rival Hapoel

Israeli national team guard Yam Madar, 25, has signed a three-year contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv, extending through the 2028/29 season. Madar, who previously played for rival Hapoel Tel Aviv, is expected to be a central player for Maccabi in both domestic and Euroleague competitions. Head coach Oded Katash expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "His qualities are obvious to everyone... and we envision a significant role for him on the team."
