Israeli man reported missing while trekking Greece's Mt. Olympus

Ami Yogev, a 46-year-old Israeli tourist, was reported missing in Greece on Tuesday evening after embarking on a hike in the Mount Olympus region on Sunday. His family lost contact with him shortly after he sent a photo to his mother from the second stop on his trail. The Israeli Consul in Athens and the Foreign Ministry are assisting local authorities in the search. Yogev's family is experiencing "extreme anxiety" and cannot afford a private rescue team as he did not have travel insurance. A tour guide, Sivan Zamir, is organizing a search effort and coordinating with mountain rescue and local emergency units.
