Kutz was a recognizable voice in Israeli public broadcasting, serving for four decades as a correspondent for Voice of Israel and Channel 1 in Paris and Europe, and later for KAN. He covered significant global events including the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Yugoslav wars, and the Arab Spring. KAN News remembered him as “the ultimate envoy for public broadcasting in Europe.”
