Israeli venture firm Team8 raises $365m. to invest in AI-native start-ups

Israeli venture firm Team8 has raised $365 million in new capital, bringing its total assets under management to nearly $2 billion. The funding includes $265 million for Team8 Capital's third fund and over $100 million for follow-on investments. The fund will primarily target Seed and Series A AI-native companies in cybersecurity, software infrastructure, fintech, and digital health. This comes as enterprises rapidly adopt AI agents, creating new security challenges, with 97% of surveyed security leaders already adopting them. Sarit Firon, Managing Partner, stated, "AI is fundamentally rewriting the economics of company building." The firm will focus on foundational layers of the AI ecosystem, including infrastructure and cybersecurity, to help enterprises adopt AI confidently.
