'I've never been violent': Singer Ofek Adanek revealed as suspect in domestic abuse case

Israeli singer Ofek Adanek was arrested on Saturday on suspicion of violently assaulting his partner, social media star Hadas Masuri, a rumor he confirmed via Instagram on Monday. He was released from custody under restrictive conditions, including a 40-day prohibition from contacting Masuri or others involved. Adanek's representatives stated, "We categorically deny all claims and fabrications regarding assault or violence." Masuri, who described herself as "mentally shattered," denied rumors that she ran over Adanek, stating, "I did not run anyone over. The accusation is completely baseless." Police reported that the incident began when Masuri attempted to break up with Adanek. He allegedly threatened to throw her belongings out a window and later smashed her car window after his leg was injured by the vehicle as she tried to leave.
