‘Jerusalem of Gold’ exhibit brings five Israeli artists to the capital’s theater

The "Jerusalem of Gold" exhibition, curated by Chaya Gross, is currently on display at the Jerusalem Theatre's Salon Gallery until the end of September. This group exhibition features five Israeli artists: Aaron Kraus, Maureen Fain, Miriam Jaskierowicz-Arman, Danielle Meyer Feder, and Orit Simchoni. Gross initiated this exhibition to provide an accessible venue for Israeli artists, especially as light-rail construction disrupts businesses on Emek Refaim, where her gallery, Chaya's Place, is located. She stated that the theater offers artists "an accessible venue with the opportunity to meet the artists and buy their work directly from them." The exhibition aims to keep Israeli art visible during a challenging period for artists and cultural businesses.
