Millman plans to address the Farmington Public Schools Board of Education on September 1, expressing concern about the school's disciplinary protocol and lack of information regarding the incident. The Farmington Public Schools district stated that Warner Middle School has a process for addressing such incidents, with its director of community engagement and restorative-practice facilitators working to help students understand the impact of their actions and "take meaningful steps toward repairing harm."
