Jordan intercepts Iranian missiles following largest barrage since Operation Roaring Lion – report

Iran reportedly launched missiles from 12 cities, targeting Jordan, in one of its heaviest barrages since Operation Roaring Lion. This action followed US strikes on Iranian oil tankers near Kharg Island. Iranian media reported explosions near Kharg Island, with no casualties on the targeted vessel. The Wall Street Journal also reported an unacknowledged Iranian attack on US Navy ships on Monday, to which US forces responded by striking IRGC-linked tankers. Iran's Revolutionary Guards warned that ships in Kuwaiti and Bahraini ports hosting Americans would be targeted if US vessels were struck. Additionally, Iran plans to announce a restricted zone outside the Strait of Hormuz, with maps of ship passages to be signed with Oman.
