Liberman urges opposition to focus on Netanyahu government collapse rather than leadership fights

Yisrael Beytenu chairman MK Avigdor Liberman urged Israel's opposition to prioritize toppling Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government over internal leadership disputes. Speaking on 103FM, Liberman criticized remarks by Yesh Atid leader Gadi Eisenkot regarding the premiership, stating, "All of us need to focus on one objective: bringing down the draft-dodgers' alliance and the October 7 massacre government." He argued that such discussions play into Netanyahu's hands, diverting attention from substantive issues. Liberman also asserted that the United Arab List (Ra'am) cannot be a coalition partner after October 7, and that Likud has become a "light ultra-Orthodox party." Additionally, he expressed concern over the handling of the Iran crisis, stating, "We've become a banana republic. It can't be that Trump announces that we won't attack Iran, that everyone is speaking on our behalf."
