Mali, Liel Yahalomi's AI search history helped authorities track them down in Argentina – report

Israelis Mali and Liel Yahalomi were located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, partly due to their AI search history, N12 News reported. The mother and daughter had attempted to delete their search history, but authorities recovered sufficient information to trace them. Their AI queries included how to purchase a mobile device without identification, how to delete specific mobile apps to prevent location tracking, and which South American countries lack extradition agreements with Israel. After buying a phone in the Czech Republic, they traveled to Germany and then Argentina. The two were initially reported missing in Vienna, Austria, a week prior and were found on an intercity bus in Buenos Aires early Saturday morning.
