The meeting, reported by Axios, focused on coordinating US and Israeli strategy regarding Iran's nuclear program and upcoming negotiations. Ratcliffe reportedly holds a pessimistic view on the Memorandum of Understanding with Iran, anticipating differing interpretations of the deal. Both the CIA and Mossad declined to comment on the meeting. Gofman's appointment as Mossad chief followed a lengthy legal battle and High Court of Justice ruling.
