Netanyahu willing to give Trump's Gaza plan a chance, IDF retreating to Yellow Line – report

Prime Minister Netanyahu has reportedly agreed to consider US President Donald Trump's 15-point disarmament plan for Gaza, despite previously rejecting it in a cabinet meeting. Axios reported that Netanyahu spoke with Jared Kushner last week and pledged to give the plan a chance. A US official indicated that the US was not concerned by Netanyahu's public rejection, stating, "We understand Bibi's political needs." The official added, "We have no problem with it as long as he continues to do what we ask, especially regarding restraining attacks in Gaza." Concurrently, the IDF has begun a gradual withdrawal to the Yellow Line in Gaza and ceased strikes, as mediators and the US are demanding Hamas initiate disarmament.
