'No terrorist is immune,' Netanyahu says as IDF chief orders reinforcements to join manhunt

Following a deadly shooting near Neveh Tzuf and an attempted car ramming near Jenin, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated, "No terrorist is immune," and ordered the IDF and Shin Bet to reinforce troops in the West Bank, impose blockades, and conduct offensive operations. IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir also ordered additional security forces to join the manhunt for the shooter. President Isaac Herzog and Defense Minister Israel Katz condemned the attacks, with Katz commending soldiers who prevented a second attack. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir suggested the terrorist, if not killed, "belongs on the gallows," while Yisrael Beytenu chair Avigdor Liberman called for the razing of the terrorist's village. The Foreign Ministry highlighted these as "Palestinian terror across Judea and Samaria on the eve of Yom Kippur."
