Obscene Netanyahu display greets Trump in Ireland as he backs Irish reunification

During a visit to Ireland, U.S. President Donald Trump openly supported the reunification of the Republic of Ireland with Northern Ireland, departing from Washington’s longstanding neutrality on the issue. Meeting with Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin, Trump stated he would “love to see a united Ireland,” a position he reiterated at his Doonbeg golf resort, calling it “one of the naturals of all time.” This stance immediately drew attention in Britain, with Democratic Unionist Party leader Gavin Robinson rejecting it. The visit also saw large anti-Trump and pro-Palestinian demonstrations in Dublin, where protesters carried Palestinian flags and displayed crude figures depicting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Russian President Vladimir Putin in sexual acts with an inflatable Trump figure, seemingly to portray them as controlling him. Irish President Catherine Connolly also expressed the Irish public’s opposition to “the normalization of war and genocide,” referring to Israel’s actions in Gaza.
