Pro-Palestinian activists disrupt IDF veteran event at Californian university, police intervene

Pro-Palestinian activists disrupted an event featuring two wounded IDF veterans at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, on Sunday. The event, hosted by Mustangs United for Israel and Cal Poly Chabad, was part of a US campus tour by the Belev Echad organization, where veterans Eliyahu Green and Ariel Saat were scheduled to speak about their combat experiences and recovery.

Masked protesters entered the classroom before the speakers began, displaying signs such as "UN says genocide" and chanting slogans like "The IDF kills kids."

University police intervened, citing violations of campus policy and directing the activists to a designated protest area outside. Attendees were forced to use an alternate exit due to the protesters. Organizers stated, "thanks to university police and administration officials, we were able to carry forward as planned."
