'Racist incitement': Israeli medical orgs. decry allegations against Arab medical staff at Rambam

Israeli medical organizations, including Mersham and the Israel Association of Public Health Physicians, have condemned recent allegations of mistreatment by Arab medical staff at Rambam Health Care Campus as "racist incitement." The accusations, made by the brother of a soldier wounded in Lebanon, claimed severe mistreatment of four soldiers during their hospital stay. Rambam investigated and rejected all claims of wrongdoing. Professor Hagai Levine stated, "The plots against Rambam Hospital are sabotaging the entire health system," calling the social media claims "a dangerous blood libel." Defense Minister Israel Katz has called for an IDF investigation into the allegations.
