Randy Fine beats Dan Bilzerian as another Jewish incumbent wins primary
In another race, South Florida Democrat Rep. Lois Frankel defeated outsider Victoria Doyle in a Democratic primary race on Tuesday.
Rep. Randy Fine secured a landslide victory in his Florida GOP primary, defeating mega-influencer Dan Bilzerian in a race marked by antisemitic tropes and inflammatory rhetoric. Fine, endorsed by Donald Trump and AIPAC, won with 56.7% of the vote. Bilzerian, who has spread conspiracy theories about Jews and made remarks referencing Adolf Hitler, garnered 18%.
Fine told Fox News Digital that Bilzerian is “an open Nazi who transported himself from Las Vegas to Florida in order to target me.”
Separately, Jewish incumbent Rep. Lois Frankel won her Democratic primary with 75% of the vote against Victoria Doyle. Frankel, a staunch supporter of Israel, is now positioned for a likely victory in the November general election in the newly reshaped 23rd District.
