The Venue cited "increased security concerns" and its Jewish ownership as reasons for the cancellation. The rally was subsequently moved to a Fort Lauderdale wine bar, with organizers from groups like the Florida Youth Justice Coalition and Gen-Z For Change. The Florida Democratic Progressive Caucus stated the cancellation was due to anti-Muslim sentiment.
