Report: Trump hid in catering cart, secretly switched planes in Turkey over Iran threat

Former U.S. President Donald Trump was secretly moved out of Turkey last month following a credible Iranian threat against him and Air Force One, according to reports from The Washington Post and The New York Times. After arriving in Ankara for the NATO summit on a newly renovated Boeing 747-8, Trump publicly boarded an older Air Force One as a decoy. He was then concealed in an airport catering vehicle, transferred to a U.S. Air Force C-32A, and secretly flown to Britain. White House Communications Director Steven Cheung stated that the administration uses “every tool at our disposal — including distraction and misdirection” to respond to threats against Trump.
