US President Donald Trump's envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, are planning to travel to Norway for talks with Ukraine, Reuters reported, citing three sources familiar with the matter.Two of the sources said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is also expected to participate in the talks.
