Sharren Haskel says Israel First party will unite Zionist right

Former New Hope lawmaker Sharren Haskel has founded the "Israel First" party, aiming to unite the Zionist right ahead of the October 27 national election. Haskel stated the party will be a right-wing movement prioritizing the Jewish nation and seeks to form a broad Zionist government. She emphasized that the next government cannot rely on ultra-Orthodox parties and will likely exclude Arab parties and The Democrats due to their perceived anti-Zionist stances, specifically citing Yair Golan's comments about IDF soldiers. Haskel, who served in the Knesset for 11 years with Likud and New Hope, called for all ideologically right-wing individuals to join her platform, stating, "This is a call for everyone on the right side of the political map to join forces."
