Ten killed, over 60 injured in fireworks explosion at Mexican church festival

A fireworks explosion at a patron saint festival in Temascalcingo, Mexico State, on Saturday night killed at least 10 people and injured 64 others. The incident occurred near the Nuestra Señora de la Luz church, where hundreds had gathered for a fireworks display. The blast caused a wall or part of an adjacent structure to collapse, trapping victims. Two priests were among the injured. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the explosion.
