Terrorism suspected in killing of former British minister Ann Widdecombe

A 28-year-old British man, previously arrested for murder, was re-arrested on suspicion of terrorism offenses. Widdecombe, a prominent conservative figure and former junior minister, was found dead at her home in Haytor, Devon, on Thursday morning, having sustained severe head injuries from a blunt object. The suspect was arrested 430 kilometers away in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. Police are exploring various motives for the attack.
