• Congresswoman Katherine Clark explained her 'yes' vote was because "we must change course" from the current status quo.

• Congresswoman Lori Trahan asserted, "The status quo is unsustainable. Prime Minister Netanyahu has used American military assistance funding to carry out atrocities in Gaza."
