Thousands of ‘Christian friends’ rally in support for Israel in Amsterdam

Thousands of Dutch Christian supporters of Israel rallied in Amsterdam's Dam Square on Thursday evening, despite adverse weather conditions. Israeli Ambassador to the Netherlands, Zvi Vapni, addressed the crowd, stating, "What you’re doing here tonight is amazing and I salute you all." He emphasized the importance of their support during a "very challenging time" marked by media distortion and anti-Israel agendas. This demonstration of support comes as a Dutch court upheld a government decision to ban imports from Israeli settlements in Judea, Samaria, and the Golan Heights, effective September 22. In response to the ban, the Israeli government announced its decision to remove the Dutch from the International Gaza Support Center in Kiryat Gat.
