Three children died in separate accidents across Israel on Sunday. A 5-year-old boy from Lod died from heatstroke after being left in a car for approximately two hours. In the Jordan River, 12-year-old Elhanan Karni from Modi'in Illit drowned after going missing from a watercraft during a family vacation. Additionally, 16-year-old Yehonatan Efraim Klimian from Katzrin died after falling 30-40 meters while rappelling at Keshet Cave in the western Galilee. Emergency services, including MDA and rescue units, responded to all incidents, but despite resuscitation efforts, all three were pronounced dead.
