Three teenage boys were rescued by United Hatzalah on Monday night after their rubber boat drifted into deep waters in the Sea of Galilee near Shikmim Beach, Tiberias. A United Hatzalah boat on patrol responded to a dispatch call, located the teenagers, and brought them to shore. Medical personnel assessed the boys at the marina, finding them to be suffering from mild dehydration. Yossi Oknin, head of United Hatzalah's Tiberias branch, stated, "We located the teenagers in deep water and brought them safely back to shore. Fortunately, they were all in stable condition." He also noted that the rescue boat has been on high alert since the start of summer vacation.
