Three teens charged with robbing central Israeli sex shop and assaulting owner

Police say the 15- and 16-year-olds first tried to break in with an iron bar, then returned hours later, demanded cash and attacked the owner when he refused
Three Eritrean teenagers, aged 15 and 16, have been charged with robbing a sex accessories store on Sokolov Street in Holon and assaulting its owner. The Tel Aviv District Police Prosecution Unit’s juvenile division filed the indictment after an investigation by Holon police. Police suspect the teens are affiliated with the SSQ gang.
During the night between July 27 and 28, the teenagers were filmed trying to break into the store, including with an iron bar, and kicking its entrance door.
They allegedly returned around 5:30 p.m. while the owner was present, demanded money, and attacked him when he refused, causing upper body injuries. Prosecutors have requested their continued custody until legal proceedings conclude.
