Tim Curry, the British actor renowned for his role as Dr. Frank N. Furter in the 1975 cult classic "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," has died at 80. While a cause of death was not immediately released, Curry had been in ill health, including suffering a stroke in 2013. Curry's career spanned film, Broadway, and voice acting, often featuring him in villainous or flamboyant roles. He received three Tony Award nominations for his stage work, including for "Amadeus" and "Monty Python's Spamalot." Despite initial concerns about being typecast, Curry embraced the risks of his roles, stating, "I've always thought that it (a part) wasn't worth doing unless you took a risk."
